Lesson structure

Class structure


All lessons are private one-on-one taught by the master instructor. Lessons are 60 minutes in duration. The lessons are segmented into 4 sections:
 

S1} Classes always begin with meditation and 15 minutes of stretching,beginning from the bottom of the body working all the way to the top and finishing with eye stretches. 
 

S2} Warm up begins with  basic foot/hand positioning.
 

S3} Drills & exercises punches, kicks, combinations push ups, sit ups, squats etc
 

S4} Practical application of all material that was covered during the lesson.
 

Classes will vary depending on what skill, principle and strategie that is being taught. The level of intensity and difficulty will gradually increase based on the individuals skill, strength, endurance & understanding.  The end goal is to improve overall health, well-being and increasing the individuals knowledge and practical skills of Wing Chun as well as developing and building more flexibly, increasing mindfulness and intuition. Development of muscle control, increase of vitality while managing and reducing stress.
